ISL will lead task 1.1 – Resilience and Sustainability analysis in IWT and strategic development Baseline Building Blocks-, providing a series of key baseline building blocks, including resilience/agility strategies for transport nodes and links. ISL will implement climate adaptation measures to increase resilience, as well as the assessment and benchmarking of Emissions Neutral Solutions as these will be tested in the LL scenarios.
